The probe reveals the victim was accused of date-rape by several former students before he was fatally shot, but their initial complaints were ignored by the police and the college-administration staff.
Lily and the team try to capture a serial bomber whose attempt to kill a man with a pipe bomb failed, but did seriously injure another person. The investigation reveals the bomber is responsible for murdering two other victims and blinding a third one in three previous bombings.
