Detectives Mike Logan and Nola Falacci become emotionally involved in the pain of a disenfranchised community and the toll of senseless violence as they investigate the execution-style shooting of four college freshman. Logan and Falacci investigate the execution-style shooting of three college freshmen. When the utter senselessness of the crime hits Logan, he vows to apprehend the killers and bring them to justice.
