Jools welcomes to the show The Black Keys, who perform a couple of tracks from their 12th album, Ohio Players, including On the Game, which features a guest appearance from their co-writer Noel Gallagher.

Also featuring is Bristol's Beth Gibbons, who has just released her solo debut album, Lives Outgrown; east London's Ghetts with a couple of songs from his fourth album, On Purpose, With Purpose, including the track Double Standards, featuring south London's Sampha; Shaznay Lewis with a track from her second solo album, Pages; and New York-born, south India-raised LA artist Ganavya, who performs the track forgive me my from her third album, like the sky I've been too quiet.

Jools welcomes to the show Richard Hawley, Remi Wolf, Nia Archives, Stephen Wilson Jr and Sahra Halgan, as well as discussing the British Library's exhibition Beyond the Bassline with Mykaell Riley.
