Boog and Elliot open up a hair salon, and soon find that their new enterprise has attracted the attentions of the local gangster "Woolly the Bully."

The appearance of an old bear claiming to be Boog's long-lost dad divides the camp when some of the campers become suspicious of his true intentions.
