Paul Jr. and his team are hard at work trying to build out his new bike shop. Sr. doesn't believe for one second that Jr. will ever be able to compete with OCC, and is annoyed to hear that he is going after all of OCC's vendors.
The Teutuls air out the family drama on a radio morning show. Jr. announces that he is going to become a direct competitor of his father by opening up his own Paul Jr. designs bike shop and enlists the help of a former OCC mechanic Vinnie DiMartino.
Sr. and Jr. find themselves in front of a judge because Sr. is suing Jr. for his 20% ownership of OCC. Meanwhile, the team at OCC is hard at work on a chopper for ESAB, one of the oldest welding equipment companies in the country.
