Cheyenne and Van attend Lamaze class, which Van ends up enjoying but Cheyenne does not.

When Brock tells Reba that a recruiter from USC is planning on stopping by to talk to Van, she convinces Brock to take his annual fishing trip a little early to keep him from trying to sway Van to picking an out of state college. Meanwhile, while the recruiter is in town, Cheyenne has a false alarm, and everyone rushes her to the hospital. However, before leaving, Barbra Jean's water breaks and Reba frantically volunteers to go get Brock before the baby arrives.
