Jordan and Woody investigate a double homicide in which one of the victims is a police officer, and Jordan worries that Woody is taking the case too personally, especially after planted evidence is discovered.

While investigating a murder at an old bed-and-breakfast, Woody and Jordan become trapped by a snowstorm and soon discover the sinister past of the seemingly haunted inn.
