Jo and Annabel welcome the B&Bers to their modern aparthotel Emerald Stays in Stratford-upon-Avon, where the guests ponder whether to use or not to use the self-catering facilities. After some Shakespearean dress-up in the afternoon, two guests compare their night's sleep to 'kipping in a rave', leaving the hosts with a tragedy at feedback time.
