The U.S. Marshals go after a drug kingpin's wife (Lana Parrilla), who killed the lead witness in her husband's case and will do anything in her power to keep her family together. Meanwhile, a case triggers Marco's memories of tough assignments in the narcotics unit; and Jimmy makes a decision about his relationship with Natalie (Siena Goines).

The unit uses Annie as bait to capture a rogue police officer who preys on single mothers with the intent of getting close to their young daughters. Meanwhile, Luke's involvement in an internal investigation could spell trouble for Jimmy and Marco.
