A deputy sheriff, a male nurse and a lucky Irishman compete this week to out-do each other on the Blue Ball Run, Sweeper Wall and Dodge Ball Beam Walk, some of the wild and outrageous new obstacles included in this week's episode of "Wipeout," featuring the world's largest obstacle course.
