A month after her arrival at the Sanctuary, Pilar experiences nightmares and disturbing presences, which increase when she witnesses a strange collapse in another patient and discovers unexplained details about the place. When she tries to investigate, she is chased and forcibly tranquilized, but then manages to escape with Rocío until they discover evidence that they have been there before.
