Penhall, Hoffs and Ioki investigate a priest in a Catholic university who is suspected of selling Salvadorian babies to finance an underground sanctuary movement.

Hanson and Penhall go into a high school to investigate an arsonist. They meet a student who claims to have premonitions of the crimes, and the entire Jump Street unit becomes drawn to the idea of the supernatural.
