Semenych is arranging a new apartment when his neighbor Tatiana visits him, and Afonya arranges magical pranks. At this time, Afonya is being punished by Kikimora, and Semenych is fighting with his neighbors and their problems. Semenych is also trying to find a common language with the neighbors when strange incidents begin to occur in the house.
