Hyacinth tells the Vicar that Richard knows how to work on electrical systems much to Richards distress. Richard keeps telling her he does not know anything but Hyacinth volunteers him to fix the church's electrics anyway.

Hyacinth is plagued by problems in this special extended episode. While busy planning a new kitchen she is told that there is someone else in father's bed. Then she learns that Richard has gone down with a fungal infection.
