In this episode, Gary is facing off against Bombay street food specialist Rachna Dheer in the tiny village of Balmaclellan in Dumfries and Galloway. Will Rachna's fashionable fast food prove a hit with the judges, made up of locals farmers, or will they side with Gary's more traditional fayre? Today Gary is in Biggar, Lanarkshire, to take on fellow MasterChef: The Professionals winner Jamie Scott. Jamie won the competition two years before Gary and now runs one of Scotland's best resturants, the Newport in Fife.
