With an open alcohol bottle in the car it doesn't look good for the driver, but Rob discovers another reason she shouldn't have been behind the wheel. All units respond to a 911 call for a driver with a gun. It takes a dangerous turn when the driver tries to escape on foot and the gun goes missing.
