After living in a 3,000 sq. ft. home, homeowners Jared and Tarrin realized they were tired: tired of spending all their time cleaning, tired of flushing money down the drain on a mortgage, and tired of wasting time not spent together as a family. This family of five wants to prove that going tiny through technology is just the trick for eliminating maintenance while adding memories. They're hoping their fully automated tricked out smart tech tiny house will lead the way into a future paved with time spent together and family adventures. But it's going to take all the tricks John and Zack have up their sleeves to convince everyone in the family, mom especially, to plug into the idea of going tiny with tech.

Brian and Devon are eager to put down roots in their first home which they hope to also both be able to work from. Brian needs a pro-grade functioning kitchen in order to whip up his artisanal butter while Devon needs a zen space to continue her life coaching work. But being their first home, these two newlyweds have a lot of stuff that they hope to incorporate into their space, and on top of that they want to be able to have family and friends over to enjoy some delicious food and of course show off their new digs. John and Zack will have to churn some ingenious ideas if they're going to make this tiny space work.
