Baki continues to look for someone to take over the washing job after his death and finds hope in Nazım, who relies on his wife's approval for every decision. Having received approval, Baki eagerly begins to teach Nazım the rituals of washing the dead. However, an unexpected event surprises him.

After Nazım's death, Ahmet visits Baki and tells him to find a wife to fill the void in his home.
