The queen's kidnapping creates disorder within the palace. The king starts to feel distraught and frantic. Choi Young and Eun-soo return to the palace and plans to find the queen. 

The king fears of an uprising from the scholars and decides to become a bait to persuade them. Choi Young returns and picks up his sword again to protect the king.
