In the midst of a heatwave, Richard enlists Gumball, Darwin and Anais to assist him in his mission to jump in the Robinson's newly-installed above ground pool.

Gumball must face his demons and overcome an embarrassing incident from his past if he wants to finally summit the dreaded rock-climbing wall in gym class.
