Romesh Ranganathan explores self-improvement, celebrating his body with a Korean photoshoot and visiting a shaman and experiencing a ritual that leaves him shaken. On Vancouver Island in Canada, he heads to a retreat where he gets up close and personal with fellow men, while in Arizona he meets someone on a mission to live as long as possible.
