The corrupt Minister of Education of the Bobrov region, Ivan Nevy, has been put on the federal wanted list. Chance brings him into contact with the pilot Vasily Kukushkin, who looks a lot like him. He never pretends to be Kukushkin, and his mercantile wife Natalia, his goofy guards Tolya and Kolya, and his assistant Slava are waiting for him in the departure hall. The accomplices expect to fly to Zurich together, but they never break the agreement and board the plane to Vladivostok as a co-pilot.

He tries to find a way out of his desperate situation, but stumbles upon accomplices who recognized the deception in time, and are now flying on the same flight! They threaten No one and demand their share.
