Ironside has Mark take him for a visit to his old precinct house. When a blackout hits the area, Ironside ends up in charge and working with his old parnter, Dave Spangler.

The team gets involved with international espionage when they take a refugee to Mexico to exchange for an American scientist. However, someone blows their cover and comes after them.
