We investigate the impact the current housing crisis is having on low-income Canadians. Who is getting richer, and who is being shut out with no safe place to call home? Canada's National Housing Agency (CMHC) guidelines state that shelter should not cost more than 30 percent of our incomes. So we put that to the test to find out if we can find safe and affordable housing in some of Canada's biggest cities.
