Christmas brings anxieties to all, with Drew reopening the grill; Libby in charge of the holiday show; but most of all to Becca, who fears the worst when Jesse is hospitalized with pneumonia.

Jerry's dad shows up at the ad agency and starts pushing him around, so he quits and starts to help "run" the grill, much to Drew's annoyance.
