This week Sean travels down beautiful Cardigan Bay, where he helps monitor the local dolphin population, discovers a four thousand year old sunken forest on a beach and takes part in a Celtic Longboat rowing race. 

Sean Fletcher's walk around the Wales Coast path has reached Carmarthen Bay and the Gower Peninsula, with it's peaceful estuaries, glorious sandy beaches and limestone cliffs. At Pendine sands Sean discovers the amazing story of Wales' land speed record holder and witnesses his original car roar up the beach once more.
