When he finds out that Julia is okay after Carmen's attack, Cristóbal passionately kisses her. Santiago continues to receive calls from Adriana, whom Matías witnesses kissing Santiago. Later, Cristóbal vows to reveal the truth about his love for Julia, but before he can, he finds out that she is pregnant. Meanwhile, a drug dealer threatens Matías, who also angers his ex-girlfriend.

Realizing that Santiago still loves Julia, Adriana threatens to commit suicide. Mauricio starts treating prostitutes at the clinic. Santiago and Cristóbal tell him that he's attracting the wrong kind of client. But Santiago regrets rejecting a transvestite patient.
