After catching Cristóbal having sex with Amparo, Julia makes love to Santiago. When Amparo tells Cristóbal that he has a sex addiction, he attends a therapy meeting led by Carla, the journalist he recently had sex with. Lucia discovers she's not pregnant. Johanna persuades Alicia to have a baby with her. And Cristóbal learns that a supposed gunshot victim is the result of a failed suicide pact.

The Butcher attacks Julia and kills Jessica. Meanwhile, an elderly woman wants the doctors to make her look younger so her husband with Alzheimer's disease will remember who she is. Also, Cristóbal finds out that Kimberly is working for his former partner, Mauricio, who opened his own clinic. And after Carla almost has a miscarriage, Julia calms her fears about Cristóbal.
