Cristóbal and the baby test negative for HIV, but Carla's condition worsens. And after Santiago gives a television interview vowing to fix every person the Butcher hurt, the Butcher later attacks and paralyzes Santiago.

Susana breaks up with Matías, prompting him to get arrested and attempt suicide. Meanwhile, when another of the Butcher's targets arrives at the clinic, Cristóbal begs Santiago to stop provoking the Butcher by operating on his victims. But Quintero volunteers to help.
