Dr. Hart, in pretrial detention, falls to the very bottom of society, fueled by a sensationalist media that negatively influences public opinion and destroys his family. His liquidation suits the corrupt hospital director, but a new attack by the perpetrator forces the police to reassess the situation and Hart is called to perform an emergency night surgery on a key witness.

Hart's lawyer has evidence that points to the corrupt hospital management that Hart fought against. After his release, Hart tries to get his life back to normal, and despite all the suffering and the media frenzy that almost destroyed his privacy, he leads the police on the right track to the real perpetrator. But not every life can be saved.
