This episode featured six Miss USA 2003 contestants competing for $50,000. The winner would keep half her money and donate the other half to the charity of her choice. Stunt #1 (Inverted water hang) The ladies would be hung upside-down by their ankles and lowered into the water. The four ladies to hold their breath the longest before dropping a set of weights would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Fish Quicksand) The ladies would have to jump into a water tank and dig through fish scales to find metal canisters. Once they found which one of the 8 canisters contained fermented squid guts, they drink a glass of fermented squid guts. The three ladies to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the finals. The slowest lady would be eliminated. Stunt #3 (Truck surfing) The ladies would have to balance on the top of a tanker truck as it swerved down a highway at over 40 miles per hour.
Stunt #1: Go Cart Chicken Contestants would have to race a go-kart down a track suspended over 100 feet in the air. They would have to stop their front wheels between a yellow line and the end of the track. If they stopped short or went off the end, they would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Fear Factor Basketball Contestants would have to shoot basketball from four predetermined spots. Each time they missed a basket, they would have to drink an 8-ounce glass of blended night crawlers, red worms, super worms, and Madagascar hissing cockroaches. Everyone who drank their respective amounts of blended worms and roaches would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Water Rotisserie Contestants would be shackled by one wrist, both ankles, and their waist to a Plexiglas platform. As the platform spun, dunking them in and out of the water, they would have to unlock their shackles and swim to the side of the pool to stop the clock.
