A terrorist group descends upon L.A. with a plot to cause massive destruction---unless Sammo and Terrell can stop them.

Sammo is out to avenge Master Reng's death at the hands of Lee Hei (Tzi Ma), but Deputy Chief Bain threatens to shut down Sammo's special unit after Hei steals back 500 bricks of opium that were seized by the LAPD.
