The badges worn by Ido and Levi, depicting a "broken dragon's face," belong to a mysterious organization called "Half-Dragon," which aims to instigate conflict between demon lords. Seeking clues about the mastermind behind Ishinoo's murder, Yashiro heads to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's Demon Lord Disaster Countermeasures Branch Office and learns that a large bounty has been placed on the son of a certain politician. That son is a subordinate of Lord "Two-Handed Wedge," whom they fought a few months ago...

From the last message left by Ishinoo, Yashiro instinctively senses that there is something connected to the "Half-Dragon" behind Jogamine, Indou, and Sarah. When Jogamine and Indou come to BAR Goonies and beg Yashiro for new training, he comes up with a plan. Later, Yashiro, accompanied by his three disciples, infiltrates the party venue of Lord Storm Coffin, the Great Demon King said to be the strongest in western Tokyo.
