Napoleon and Illya find themselves in a race against time when a scientist who has invented anti-matter goes into hiding in a suburban neighborhood... and Thrush wants him no matter what the cost.

While trying to recover a tidal-wave generator from Thrush, Illya is taken prisoner by a cantankerous captain eager for revenge against the people who court-martialed him years earlier.
