U.N.C.L.E. and Thrush are in Algiers looking for a code book. The man who has it wants Napoleon and Illya to play matchmaker for him in return for the book.

Thrush's newest scheme is turning Europe into a frozen wasteland and making Iceland a fertile greenland, all by changing the Gulf Stream. With the aid of the Nazi scientist, they can pull it off... if Napoleon and Illya don't stop them.
