For Jae Chan, Eun Jae proposes a type of surgery that has not been used before. Hyun is reminded of his own father when looking at Jae Chan. He becomes concerned regarding this surgery. Eun Jae and Hyun get into a conflict.

Hyun's dad doesn't recognize his own son. With his father's condition getting worse, Hyun becomes frustrated. The cancer patient refuses to be operated on and says that he wants to go on a picnic with the kids for one last time.
