The hospital ship crew is held captive by drug smugglers while Eun Jae and Hyun must operate on their boss. The drug smugglers threaten Eun Jae saying that if she does not finish the surgery in time, they will kill each member of the ship. Eun Jae doubts herself and worries for the safety of the crew.

Eun Jae and Hyun finally decide to get into a relationship. However, as long as they're on the hospital ship, they are still colleagues. A pregnant woman who is not due for another month requires the hospital ship's help.
