Jae Joon suggests to Eui Shik to cover up his case, and in return, offers to make him a district attorney. Jae Joon wants Yi Je to give him Congressman Jung's belongings to him. But Yi Je only agrees to do it under one condition. Meanwhile, So Geum tries to figure out Jae Joon's psychological state.
