The elusive "Excalibur" serial killer seems to have resurfaced after two years. All his victims are single women strangled with stockings. Kojak and Crocker investigate a bar where a regular group of artists, models and gurus hang out.

A seemingly legit jeweller is murdered and Let.Kojak's attention is drawn to David Lawrence -a shady broker .

Kojak also meets Celia Lamb -a woman who owes thanks to the dead man and may help him find the killer.
