A town is attacked after ancient parasites are unearthed affecting the brain and causing madness. Their only hope is a mentally challenged boy who must learn to destroy the parasites.

In lieu of execution, Linden Stiles submits to a military experience where he is injected with alien DNA. Fighting to retain his humanity, he finds himself hunted after he escapes using his new found super human strength.
