Tanggol's name gets dragged into another mess. Olga finds an unlikely person to help in her revenge plan against Ramon. Forced to take desperate measures to save Marsing, Mokang crosses paths with Ramon.

Tanggol rushes to the hospital to give Mokang the money for Marsing's operation, only to suffer a tragic fate at Rigor's hands. As Tanggol goes through hell in prison, Mokang marries Ramon. Meanwhile, tension builds up between Marites and Rigor.
