Just across the river in Long Island City, M Wells is making a splash. The restaurant, housed in a converted auto-body shop, is putting an eclectic spin on traditional steakhouse classics with dishes like their mouthwatering burger served "bone-in," and pork chops that are thinly sliced and piled high like a stack of pancakes.
