When the Tweebs are advanced through school they end up at Middelton High with Kim and Ron much to Kim's chagrin. Although she doesn't like them on "her turf" at first, she must learn to work with them as she investigates a series of thefts surrounding a wealthy celebutant.

Kim desperately wants a car, and her father finally gives her…an old beater, which the Tweebs trick out just in time to help stop Motor Ed and Shego who've stolen an experimental rocket.
