As the Star Princess approaches Belize, gusting 40-knot winds force commodore Nick Nash into an agonising call: abort the port and send thousands of disappointed guests back out to sea. It's the ship's first cancelled stop, and cruise director Dan and his team have just 20 minutes to create an entire replacement day of entertainment.
