Dog and Beth are handcuffed by the laws of Washington state as they struggle to help Angie's Bail Bonds and her bevy of bondsmen clean up their jumps.

The Chapmans take a break from the road to clean up the jumps piling up at home in Oahu. As Dog and Beth tidy up the family business, Cecily and Dakota prepare to join it as they study to become the next generation of Chapman bail agents.
