The Hollywood Hills project is still in limbo, but Jeff has bigger things to worry about when Randy, the contractor, threatens legal action. If that's not enough to stress Jeff out, he's also forced to re-consider Jenni's future at the company when Gage finds a potential permanent employee that can commit to the position 100 percent as opposed to Jenni's part-time employment.

After another season of designer meltdowns, Andy Cohen brings the entire Flipping Out cast -- including Sarah and Trace -- back together for the first time since the two were both let go. The group discusses the highs and lows of the past year and with feelings of betrayal on both sides, Sarah and Trace confront Jeff about the reasons why they were each fired. On the flip side, Jeff and Gage talk about their new home and the possibility of promoting Zoila from housekeeper to full-time nanny.
