Four weeks into his search for an apprentice, Sir Alan Sugar challenges the teams to set up their own photography business at a busy shopping centre on the outskirts of London.

The candidates head off to the country to represent two farms who produce ice cream. The teams have to invent and make exciting new flavours to sell to the lucrative London market.
