Stan gets obsessed with a 1960s television show after picking up a secondhand TV. Roger decides to live as a baby and the family cares for him.

Roger breaks up Steve's friendship with Snot, Barry & Toshi. Jeff realizes he has a flair for house flipping and gets Stan, Francine and Hayley involved.
