To celebrate her longtime producer Sophie's summer birthday, Valerie Bertinelli teams up with Sophie's husband, John, to make a beach picnic. Valerie preps some of Sophie's favorites, including a Make Ahead Ham Caprese Picnic Sandwich, Cauliflower "Potato" Salad and Chili Lime Fruit Salad.
