Fredrik is hoping to close out at an open house that includes amongst its guests longtime rival, Ryan, and more recent frenemy, Luis. Luis shows little interest in mending fences with either of his adversaries. Meanwhile, Ryan must convince a resistant developer to overhaul construction for a buyer that wants to combine units.
